Terms and Conditions for Norfolk Park Rooms

1. Introduction These terms and conditions are designed to ensure a clear understanding of the obligations and expectations of all parties involved in the booking and use of accommodation at Norfolk Park Rooms. By confirming a reservation, guests agree to comply with these conditions throughout their stay.

2. Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Reservations: Guests can book rooms through our website, over the phone, or via third-party platforms such as Airbnb. Full payment or a specified deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
• Cancellation by Guest: If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 5 days before your check-in date to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations within 5 days of check-in will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay in addition to 50% of the unused nights accommodation fee.
• Cancellation by Host: In the unlikely event that we must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be notified immediately, and full refunds will be processed or alternative accommodations will be offered, subject to availability.

3. Payment

• Methods: Acceptable payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment platforms. All payments are securely processed online.
• Taxes and Fees: Rates are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). Any additional charges will be clearly itemized during the booking process.

4. Check-In/Check-Out

• Check-In: Check-in time is from 3 PM unless otherwise arranged. Guests are required to present valid identification and the credit card used for booking upon arrival.
• Check-Out: Guests must vacate their rooms by 11 AM on the departure day. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Keyless Entry: Rooms are accessed via a keyless entry system; codes will be provided on the day of arrival.

5. Guest Conduct

• Noise and Disturbances: Guests should respect the peace and comfort of others and are asked to keep noise to a minimum between 8PM and 8AM.
• Prohibited Activities: Illegal activities, smoking indoors, and the use of recreational drugs on property grounds are strictly prohibited.
• Damage and Loss: Guests will be financially responsible for any damage caused to the room or property furnishings during their stay.

6. Amenities and Services

• Inclusions: Amenities such as Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge, tea and coffee-making facilities, a hairdryer, and an iron are provided in each room.
• Housekeeping: Rooms are cleaned and serviced prior to check-in and after check-out. Additional cleaning services during your stay can be arranged for a fee.

7. Liability

• Personal Belongings: Norfolk Park Rooms is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings kept in the rooms during your stay.
• Injury: While every effort is made to provide a safe environment, the property cannot be held liable for any injuries caused by improper use of facilities or amenities.

8. Modifications to Terms

• Changes: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to guests in writing and will take effect immediately, unless otherwise stated.

9. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of England and Wales.

10. Dispute Resolution In the event of any disputes, Norfolk Park Rooms aims to resolve them amicably. Should a resolution not be possible, disputes will be resolved through arbitration or small claims court.
