September 2025My partner and I stayed here on our way to Edinburgh. We had no expectations as we booked very late and just needed somewhere to sleep for the night. The room however was very nice, the neighbours a bit noisy, but it did not stop me from sleeping straight through till next morning. The rooms doors lock and the area seems safe. The shower works and the pressure is good. There is a kitchen although we did not need to use it. If you are looking to wake up to the sound of birds and bees then maybe keep looking. If you’re looking for somewhere to spend a dry night, have a hot shower, a safe area with extra locks on the bedroom doors then look here. November 2025Don't often stay in places with shared facilities, wasn't sure what I was walking into. Parking is safe as access is via a PNR which Dee set up. Code entry easy. It is an HMO, there's a great kitchen/diner/lounge area. The rooms were well equipped and standard of decor very nice, with an eye for detail. Had zero problems, shower & WC on every floor. Spotless. Dee was super responsive and helpful, likely be satisfactory again on business. Lovely big park on your doorstep and an easy walk into city centre etc.

December 2025Me and my partner enjoyed staying at this place as it is reasonable for the price and was a cozy room . Our room matched the description from the photos with it all being clean with no issues. The bed was soft like at home with the pillows being the same however the problem was the neighbours were noisy but we told Dee straight away and he sorted the situation out which was nice . The last problem was the location but apart from that it was perfectly fine

January 2026This was a lovely place to stay! Very accessible with buses trams and uber all nearby. the room comes with a fully equipped TV which was lovely! The downside is the area around, because it’s a student area, got quite loud at night at 4am which disturbed us. Also the door was quite hard to get into with the lock system but that might be me! Overall, the room is so lovely with all the amenities and the shared spaces are kept very clean.

March 2026It was a great stay in Sheffield, 5 minute uber from the city centre with free parking was great! You stayed with other Airbnb users in a house separate to the owners own house. this made it for us as we didn't want to step on anyone's toes. The property was very nice and clean with all the gadgets you need for a keyless entry. The communal areas were stocked with all the amenities you need.

March 2026We had an excellent stay, the place is exactly as advertised. Dee the host is VERY responsive and grate to deal with, very funny. Parking was easy and free. The advert does not do it justice. I would just mention that the village is a lot bigger than it appears so it is worth a drive around first for you to get your bearings.
