Welcome to Norfolk Park Village, a peaceful, gated community nestled just outside the hustle and bustle of Sheffield city centre. This neighbourhood is known for being quiet, safe, and family-friendly, with plenty of greenery and space to breathe.

You're just a 5-minute walk from Norfolk Heritage Park, perfect for a morning jog, a lazy picnic, or just clearing your head. The city centre, train station, and Sheffield Hallam University are all a short drive or tram ride away, so you’re never far from the action.

There’s a local shop nearby for essentials, and takeaway options if cooking isn’t on the cards. If you're bringing the car, no worries, there’s plenty of free parking within the gated estate.

Whether you're here to work, visit family, explore Sheffield, or just hide away with Netflix, this is the perfect base!

House rules

Just a few important bits to keep things smooth for everyone (and to keep me sane! ?):

– A valid ID from the primary guest may be required. just so I know you’re not a catfish with a suitcase.
– A £250 refundable security deposit may also be requested. It’s not personal—it’s just to make sure nothing goes missing except your worries.
– Early check-in or late check-out? That can be arranged for £30 per hour—because time is money, especially in Airbnb-land.
-If a deep clean is needed after your stay, there may be a £150 cleaning fee—especially if glitter or mystery stains are involved.
– If someone lights up indoors ?, we’ll need to tackle that smoky vibe with a £160 deodorisation fee. Let's keep it fresh, shall we?
– Planning to sneak in a cousin or two? Heads up—it’s £25 per extra guest per night.
And yes—you’ll be liable for any damages caused during your stay. So please treat the place like your nan’s house, not your college dorm.

Guest access

You’ll have full access to the entire house, yes, all 6 bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and the cosy little living room. Just note, there’s no dining room (so dinner parties might be more of a “plate-on-lap” kind of vibe). The gated estate offers added privacy and peace of mind, with free parking available right outside.

Interaction with guests

I like to give guests space, but we’re just a message away if you need anything, from extra towels to the best local takeaway spots (we’ve tried a few… for research purposes). Check-in is self-service, but we’re around if anything pops up!

Other things to note

Heads up! While the house sleeps up to 12, the living room is more of a “cosy catch-up” zone than a full-on cinema lounge. If you're all hoping to gather at once, it might feel a bit snug as there isn't 12 chairs! Also, there’s no dedicated dining room—but there is a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of takeout-friendly surfaces for casual bites and brews.
