A few house rules to keep things smooth (and me sane ?):
***A valid ID from the main guest may be required, just so I know you’re not a catfish with a suitcase.
***A £250 refundable security deposit may be requested. Don’t worry, it’s just for peace of mind.
***Early check-in / late check-out? Possible at £30 per hour (because, sadly, I can’t stop the Airbnb clock ⏰).
***Deep clean after your stay needed? That may be £150—especially if glitter, confetti, or mystery stains are involved.
***Indoor smoking ? = £160 deodorising fee. Let’s keep it fresh, not foggy.
***Extra guests not on the booking = £25 per person per night. (Yes, even if it’s your “cousin just crashing for one night.”)
***Damages? You’ll be liable. Please treat the place like your nan’s house, not your old uni dorm.
***In short: Good vibes, good guests, good times ?. Be respectful, and we’ll keep it comfy for everyone!
You’ll have full access to the entire house, yes, all 6 bedrooms, the kitchen ?, bathrooms ?, and the cosy little living room ?️. Just a heads-up: there’s no formal dining room, so mealtimes might feel more like a “plate-on-lap ?️ & chat” vibe than a banquet hall.
The gated estate gives you extra privacy & peace of mind ?, plus you’ll have free parking ? right outside.
I’ll give you plenty of space, but I’m just a message away if you need me, whether it’s for extra towels, takeaway recommendations (yes, I’ve bravely sacrificed my waistline in the name of research), or solving the age-old riddle of which light switch actually works. Check-in is self-service, but don’t worry. I’m never far if you need a hand or just someone to complain about the Sheffield weather with.
Just a heads-up: while the house comfortably sleeps up to 12, the living room is more of a “cosy catch-up zone” than a cinema-style lounge, so if everyone tries to gather at once, you might find yourself in a game of musical chairs (and yes, there are fewer than 12).
There’s no formal dining room, but the fully equipped kitchen is ready for cooking up a storm, and there are plenty of spots for casual bites, brews, and the occasional late-night takeaway feast.

December 2025Great host, super responsive throughout the stay. I booked this beautiful 6-bedroom house in Norfolk Park for my family of 7, and wow, it was absolutely pristine and very spacious. Every bedroom has its own TV and mini fridge, which was a lifesaver for midnight snack ninjas. The living room has a massive 65-inch TV that made movie night feel like a cinema experience. The neighbourhood is peaceful and residential, and we found plenty of free street parking for all three of our cars without any stress. The host was genuinely friendly and very understanding, especially when we needed an early check-in. It made everything so smooth. Definitely planning to come back, and I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for comfort, convenience and a touch of luxury.
